In those early days God gave us a burden for the lost and we decided to reach out to the Eastern states of India. In 2015 a small group of issionaries were added to the ministry and Daya Mission was born. In the beginning we faced many trials and persecution but by the grace of God the preaching of the Word began to produce a harvest of souls.
Committed to Rural Communities
We care about the village churches and are working to keep the church a vibrant and vital presence in the rural and tribal communities throughout Eastern states of India. We’re here when crisis hits, when the tribal community is searching for somewhere to turn for answers. These churches are not only a place of worship, but the very centre of their life. They find fellowship, help, and a sense of belonging in Churches. Our sincere prayer is that the Lord may send an awakening in the midst of the people through this small churches, and then spread it to other areas of the country.
Reaching the Whole Community
The goal of Daya Mission is to provide a Christ-cantered community church program capable of involving the entire population of a local community with social activities, worship services, personal contacts in homes, Sunday schools, home and group Bible studies, special youth and adult activities, Medical Camps, Vacation Bible Schools, and other activities. We intend to touch the whole areas of life with the life-giving, life-changing power of the gospel. When one man is transformed, his whole family will be touched. When a family is transformed his community will be influenced. This is the modus operandi of the gospel.
Daya Missionaries
In order to accomplish the task of transforming the society with the gospel, Daya Mission places spiritually qualified missionaries in villages at the invitation of local rural and tribal communities. These missionaries serve in a full-time/ part-time capacity, preaching the Word and loving the people. We support the leadership through prayer as well as financial and other logistical assistance.
