Children's Ministry

Education in India is a privilege and countless children are denied access to good education due to several factors. Poverty is the chief reason. In response to the need, Daya mission was able to start small tuition centres across the tribal and rural areas. 

Daya mission run Summer Children’s Classes in May during the holidays. We help them learn godly principles to encourage them to build strong foundation in knowing of their importance and purpose in life through these programs. Each year many children attend these classes where they learn choruses and songs while taking part in recreational activities. In every village within the reach of Daya mission missionaries, Summer Classes are conducted and many children attend from all back grounds. 

At other times, we sometimes hold special meetings for the older youth by hiring a hall in the local town and inviting them along to attend these one day events. This encourages the young people and brings them together to learn so they do not feel isolated when it comes to facing the important decisions of life as they mature.
